A protocol of cooperation between Owis Qarni Foundation and the Turkish Red<\/p>\n
Crescent was signed on Saturday 11 August 2018 at the headquarters<\/p>\n
of the Owis Qarni Foundation in Istanbul, in order to coordinate between the two<\/p>\n
parties and cooperate in programs that achieve prosperity and the<\/p>\n
development of health, education and community in Yemen.<\/p>\n
Mr. Salah Al-Din Al-Quadi, Executive Director of the Foundation and Dr. Ibrahim Altan,<\/p>\n
