Where are the proceeds of the general endowment disbursed? Allocating (70%) of the portfolio’s proceeds to cover the costs of the following civilizational development programs and pathways:

• Nurturing the talented and distinguished, preparing them as future leaders.
• Developing administrative and societal leadership, enhancing their professional and skill capacities.
• Enhancing the performance of governmental and non-governmental institutions.
• Promoting societal awareness and reshaping public opinion to reinforce the unified national identity. Allocating (30%) of the proceeds for the development and operation of the investment portfolio.
