The Owais Al-Qarni Endowment held two special gatherings at its Diwaniyah on September 16 and 17, 2025, under the title: “The Role of Yemeni Women and Influencers in Yemen’s Civilizational Renaissance.” The events brought together a distinguished group of media professionals, youth, women leaders, and Yemeni community figures in Türkiye.
During the meetings, Mr. Salah Batis, Chairman of the Endowment, spoke about the importance of endowments in nation-building and their role in advancing societies. He stressed that the endowment is one of the most vital developmental tools that strengthen national identity, foster a spirit of participation, and expand the scope of institutional cooperation among Yemenis. He also emphasized the role of media professionals, influencers, and women leaders in conveying the Endowment’s message, which calls upon every Yemeni man and woman—and every friend of Yemen—to contribute to establishing the largest participatory endowment in Yemen’s history.
The gatherings featured rich contributions and open discussions on the challenges facing Yemeni women and their pivotal role in raising community awareness, in addition to highlighting the impact of influencers and media professionals in shaping public opinion and supporting community initiatives through traditional and digital platforms.
These meetings come as part of the vision of the Owais Al-Qarni Endowment for Yemen’s civilizational renaissance through a participatory endowment that represents all Yemenis and friends of Yemen, enabling them to honor their motherland, Yemen.
