A protocol of cooperation between Owis Qarni Foundation and the Turkish Red

Crescent was signed on Saturday 11 August 2018 at the headquarters

of the Owis Qarni Foundation in Istanbul, in order to coordinate between the two

parties and cooperate in programs that achieve prosperity and the

development of health, education and community in Yemen.

Mr. Salah Al-Din Al-Quadi, Executive Director of the Foundation and Dr. Ibrahim Altan,

Director-General of the Turkish Red Crescent, signed the agreement.
