It aims to collect endowment shares and invest them in economic opportunities and projects with good investment returns based on carefully conducted economic feasibility studies. This process is supervised by the Endowment Investment Committee, which consists of a select group of trustworthy business professionals and economic experts.

Where are the returns of the Waqf Portfolio allocated?

Seventy percent (70%) of the portfolio’s returns are allocated to cover the costs of the following civilizational development programs and pathways:

1. Focusing on the talented and distinguished individuals, preparing them as future leaders.
2. Developing administrative and societal leadership, enhancing their professional and skills capacities.
3. Enhancing the performance of governmental and non-governmental institutions.
4. Promoting societal awareness and reshaping public opinion to strengthen the unified national identity.

Thirty percent (30%) of the returns are allocated for the development and operation of the investment portfolio.
