Owais Al-Qarni Waqf Turk for Yemen Al-Saeed organized a reception program for the first group of students of Yemen Pioneers Program in Istanbul on Friday and Saturday, 20 and 21 December 2019. It included a reception program for students at Istanbul Airport on Friday morning, and then an entertainment program in Istanbul.
On Saturday, a training program was implemented for students and it started with a welcome speech made by Mr. Salah Al-Din Al-Qayadi, Executive Director of Waqf, in which he called on students to pay attention to the goal for which they were sent. He also stressed on the Waqf mission and philosophy in building the present and future of Yemen with the participation of all the Yemini citizens and lovers of Yemen inside and outside the country.
The guests’ speech was made by the famous journalist Ali Salah Ahmed in which he thanked the Waqf organizers, appreciated its mission which is considered a luminous candle in our bitter Yemeni reality and called on students to benefit from the reality of peoples and their knowledge experiences and transfer them to Yemen.
The training program included Eng. Fouad Saeed’s course entitled (The Ambassador Pioneer) and an introductory program on “What to
Know about Turkish Culture” presented by Dr. Bushra Ali.
